Born in a family with over 30 years experience in the leather industry, Elegant International is known to produce an overarching collection of leather products.
After working for nearly 2 decades in the family business, our Managing Director, Mr. Tauseef Hassan ventured out and established Elegant International in the year 2018.
At Elegant, our passion for design and quality remains core to our mission and we aim to manufacture products that are accessible to all and also believe in providing our customers with an exclusive experience from start to finish.

Our products are designed by an experienced team of professionals. With the help of our design team, we are also able to work from pictures and sketches with complete success.
Additionally, our customers also help us in developing the latest leathers and designs thus helping us create an updated portfolio of the latest trends and designs in this fast-paced fashion industry.
The manufacturing unit is well equipped with all the modern machineries coupled with a skilled work force.
At Elegant, a team of trained personnel with years of experience in leather goods carry out quality control checks at various stages of manufacturing from leather selection until the final packaging. Every stage of manufacturing process is monitored and checked.
This “attention to detail” has helped us achieve our primary goal – Customer Satisfaction!
Leather is a natural product and Elegant selects only the finest leather for its hand-crafted products which through use and over time, grows softer and more beautiful to touch. Most of our leathers consist of Drum Dyed, Veg Tanned, Oil Tanned, Aniline finish, Soft Nappe and a comprehensive variety of corrected grain finishes.
It is true to say that it is the choice of leathers with which we work and the innovative finish on those leathers, that set Elegant apart from many of the Leather exporters in Kolkata. Our Customers tell us that they need to be different, innovative and stand out from the crowd to succeed - we at Elegant try to mirror that desire and use it as our “Mission Statement”.
The hardware used in our products is nickel-free and mostly imported from our reliable sources in China.
Currently, we are producing approximately 60,000 pieces of handbags and 40,000 pieces of wallets & belts per annum with further plans for expansion.
Our business partners, vendors & associates are long standing and our customers are from the U.K and various countries in Europe.
Even during the recent global economic slowdown, we have not just survived but grown each year with strict control on our overheads and keen pricing to our customers.
